Seihav AS founded by Hans Bakke when he acquired the well boat named Seihav with a cargo capacity of 214 m3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Seistar Holding AS founded as a result of a joint venture between Sj\u00f8troll AS (50%) and above mentioned Seihav AS (50%). <\/p>\n

The trawler B\u00e5tsfjord was acquired and modified becoming the world's largest wellboat at the time. She was named Seiv\u00e5g - carrying a cargo capacity of 750 m3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The company's first new build was finally afloat - Seigrunn with a cargo capacity of 1200 m3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Sj\u00f8troll AS sold it's shares and Seistar Holding AS merged with the shipping company of family S\u00e6le. As a result wellboat Mowi Star, with a capacity of 650 m3, became part of the growing fleet.<\/p>\n

The retired coast guard vessel Lafjord was acquired and after yet another modification became the wellboat Seiv\u00e5g holding a cargo capacity of 1 050 m3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ler\u00f8y Seafood Group ASA acquired 50% of the shares in Seistar Holding AS. Following some house cleaning amongst minority shareholders Seihav AS holds the remaining 50% of the shares.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Seihav, a new build with a cargo capacity of 4 000 m3, was delivered from Fitjar Mekaniske Verksteder AS. At the time of delivery this build was a state of the art and only one of it's kind.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The slaughtering vessel Seihaust was delivered from Fitjar Mekaniske Verksteder AS. <\/p>\n

Seibris went through some modifications and became an emergency slaughtering vessel.<\/p>\n

Seigrunn was ready for some sunny conditions and was sold to Chile.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
